The Power of Anger

I remember being sat on a beach in Thailand. It was like literally sun going down and darks was stood in the circle amongst all the people on the retreat. And you shouted at us and it was like, it's exactly how I felt. You were angry at us for being smaller than we were. And that, that moved me like that. Because that stuck with me so much because of the way it was delivered - an angry, safe, strong perspective. But most people only ever talk how to wield it as a weapon. Right?
