What's Your Community Looking Forward To?
In the lab, my community, I started with doing weekly office hours. And over like a three month period, attendance in this office hours started to dip a little bit. They told me that while they usually found value in going, it was basically a big question mark every time of what are we going to talk about? If I don't have a question, is this even worth my time? So I deprioritize office hours, added more hot seats because of that feedback.
