Introduction

Keith Sandalink is Commissioner of the US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission or EEOC. Before entering the government, he was a labor and employment lawyer in Florida advising companies on employment matters. One of his highest priorities is ensuring that artificial intelligence and workplace technologies are designed and deployed consistent with long-standing civil rights laws.
