The Other Side of Leadership

Leadership is like a coin. It has two sides. For it to be authentic means that you must be aware of cognizant of both sides of the issues. I find four of them emerging out of the final chapter Paul wrote in his life. He had lived his life fully for the Lord Jesus and he had reached the time where death was near. The benefits of leadership far outweigh the liabilities.
