How I Learned to Talk to People
I've always loved the idea of traveling and love traveling, but I think it's quite hard to travel as a shy person. So I did my first ever big trip when I was 21 when I went to Japan for one month on my own with some other places as well. It really took me by surprise how difficult it was because I wasn't able to speak with people. You know, I had the knowledge in my head of like some basic Japanese, but I couldn't connect with people. My bubble was like my safe space.
