The Importance of Consistency

I think it's so funny because so many people want to live this life where they get paid all this money and they have this big platform. But as soon as they hit a little bump in the road or it doesn't go right the way they want, they quit. So that's why I always tell people like, yeah, you got to put in time and effort. Some of my most downloaded episodes besides obviously podcasters typically do well are random. It's sometimes people who don't have any kind of following that blow up. And then I've seen people come on to do your media who have literally five million followers and their numbers for podcasting are like solo.
