What's the Scope of the Committi of Inquiry?

Partizan committi of inquiry was set up to investigate the circumstances surrounding the insurrection on capital hill. It has a team of some forty investigators who have been plowing through tens of thousands of documents, interviewing hundreds and hundreds of witnesses over the past 11 months. They have sabina power, albeit most of trumps coachy refuse that summonses. So it's very wide, but it's trying to connect the docks between those apparently desperate actors in the run up to the insurrection.
