The Importance of a Team-Based Assessment

The team-based assessment is very subjective. It's a self-assessment. So there we're asking them things like how well do your processes allow you to correct and clean dirty data? Or are you working with data on your main objectives or on pet projects that aren't really moving the needle for the organization's mission? And so people are answering those questions relative to their perspective about the team and how it's operating. There is, however, an individual objective assessment of their own knowledge and skills. That's something we don't advertise but I think there's a need for that at a broader level.
