Are We Seeing Leadership From Nation States?
There is a fear that this could be the trade off. Governments have not really been willing to go out and talk about governance of g o engineering in any kind of detail publicly. We're having private conversations with pretty much every one we've approached, and there is a great deal of interest. It's very important for people to learn about these techniques, to try and get involved in these discussions because this is the time when influence counts.
