Whereas, when you see the picture from Warhol, you know that this is not Campbell's soup and it's not a Campbell's creation. So I think that's really the distinction. It doesn't mean that you can't use trademarks or things like that in a work of art. It means that you can’t confuse the public and extract sort of the attention of the public based on the fact that they might think that this is the brand when it's not.
