Is Meditation Taking Over Your Life?
I'm really excited to see some of the shift to more embodied living I think that it's emerging in all these different places. There are a lot of meditation practices that incorporate the idea of like shifting your emotional tone as part of the meditation. You can repeat kind of like compassionate or loving kindness phrases in your head and you can then feel those emotions yourself. It's an extremely powerful way to face your fears and not look away from them.
