The House's Bill Cuts Are Insane

The Republican Party controls only one House of Congress, but is trying to dictate policy. There are surely at least five Republicans who in their hearts know that this is horrible stuff,. But it's not clear whether there are five Republicans with enough courage to take a stand on behalf of sanity. This is not a political party that is normal by past standards.
