Erica Queen: I'm more and more advising people to just start using it. Don't ask for permission. Just use it as a tool for understanding, asking really great questions. You will be noticed. It might take six months. It might even take six weeks. But the more, more and more that I'm hearing stories like yours,. And you just said it so well. That's exactly what I say. The reverse psychology of showing an object map is very effective. If you're not sure how to do something or don't know where to begin, try starting from scratch with your first step. Then keep going until you get it right. This could go on for years.
