When i ran my company, we went from zero to 25 employees very quickly. We didn't hire d i consultance or set any like quotas or anything like that. It was just, yes, let's diversify the pool. I don't see why there shouldn't be as many diverse approaches to diversity within an institution. So you want to talk about racial demographics, i'm going to cringe. But fine, have your fun. But please, some place along the line, let's have a conversation about ideological diversity as well.
