Controlling Genetics Is Not Enough

There is no way out of this box other than open systems, transparency, goodness, virtue and integrity. You have to have a culture that can handle the technology. And there's no solution that controller force can deliver that will work. Right. It's a spiritual problem that they're trying to answer with technology in force and it will not work. Never has, never will.
