Is Barking Disqualifying in Agility?
Barking is not a disqualifying thing in agility, and therefore a lot of people don't worry about it. Most barking stops when clarity does increase. I wouldn't try teach an alternative behavior to barking. Get really clear about your weeve poles, get really clear aboutyour reinforcers.
