Saudi Arabia and Russia decided to cut two million barrels a day from oil. So basically what's going to happen is limit the supply. And so this is just in time for the midterm elections. This could all be undone with inflation and unemployment if it goes in the wrong direction. The next step would be nationalization, where we export most of it but have access to that domestically.
