Are You Trusting Strangers?

Cultures differ in terms of how expansive a circle they have of who they feel compelled to trust, versus who they don't. There's a sociological concept called the trust radius which is how far out you go before you start thinking the way that you're thinking. What characterizes western countries, but like the united states, switzerland is the biggest in this - large trust strangers. But other cultures where a who you trust and whom you co operate with collapses down.
