How to Not Compare Yourself Against Others

For me, success is having a company with 30 full time and please, having a fortune 500 company as a client. I think it's good to write these things down, because you forget them so quickly that your previous self would have killed to have his. That's a little bit what i try to do, like be very precise about what i at each a think is success andm genuinely celebrated if we reach it. And remind yourself that you've reached these goals in er.
