i start with a chapter on indiana, because even though it's not the like, oldest style of rye whisky, it has had the largest impact on the resurrection of rye whisky and american drinking culture. Then i dive into some of the more historical styles of pennsylvania, maryland, and then the new one on the street, which is new york. They have a certain requirement that ao 75 % of all the spirits that they make have to come from new york grown agriculture. And so there's lots of distillers taking advantage for local grain, regional grain. There are some really great rye whiskis and bourbons coming out of colorado. I think
