i come from a very different free speech culture than the first amendment. i think ido there's a bent, embedded and insertef the first amendment mythology. There should be room for thinking about mitigating the harm of speech. Those are still conversations we're to day having around things like my comf is an historical document. But with a pretty different lens that's then used to flood the zone or scare some voices off a platform. You know, over the course of my work over the last 20 years, i was never a dogmatic first amendment fan but i did believe it in pesonatic ways.
