Gossip in the Workplace?

Gossip does not meet our standard for gossip, and would be fine to discuss. It's one thing to say something negative about an individual when you're taking that up because it's impacting the team's performance,. That's ah. But when you take that to somebody that can do nothing about it, and they're just like, well, you know, gosh, i guess that person stinks now. And a start up, as you know, you're kind of strapped for cash. Your like, you know , we actually need more money to pull this off. There's nothing wrong with that.
