MySQL TLS 1.3
TLS 1.3 is way faster than 50% faster, actually, than TLS 1.2. The minimum latency went from 162 to 35 ish, millisecond to 35, not 50. While the max also stayed steady for HTTP and jumps up quite a bit for MySQL. But overall, it's very clear that bothHTTP to N3 or cold start are substantially better on an AC2 down to 3 milliseconds.
