The IAA-Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons

The members of the Security Council are all nuclear weapons states. Canada has inspectors coming on a daily, weekly basis to its nuclear facilities. The IAEA is uniquely able to go into these countries legally and with very little notice and knock on the front door.
