Do You Have a Magic Hacker for Coordinating Dependencies?

It's talking to people really. We have a regular project team meeting with the project team, the project managers. If I change this, is it going to need to be redone for some other person's project? Are we both trying to make a change in the same team? How is that going to work out? Once you're aware of it, you can just work around it. Not everyone's projects are as important as everyone else is. And if you have a portfolio and it is prioritized, there is no discussion. Someone is priority one and the rest of the people are not. It's just how it is. So I don't have any smart way around that,
