How to Scale Black Swan Risk
I'm always trying to get the 5.0-cent wing or 10% out of the money, whichever is closer. I would look at the maximum gap slash black swan risk on the call side. If there was a true mega gap, what is your true total max risk? You can just go by that max risk. And so for sizing, obviously this is a personal decision, but you can justgo by thatmax risk.
