I've realized recently that autophagy is a lot more complicated than it's kind of similar to insulin, where people think insulin's either on or off when that's not the case. A lot of different factors actually can influence autophagy. I would say in general, please don't take pre-workouts that are like super, you know, sweetened and flavored and have lots of additives. If you're going to go the pre-workout route, try to find one that is like minimal ingredients that gets you through.
