How to Avoid Technology Regret in Benefits Technology

Technology regret is something I've been pushing for a while now because in our model, we don't sell insurance. A lot of times you get this shiny looking thing that looks awesome and maybe does a great job in the demo but nothing's underneath there. There's what I call a hamster on a wheel running around and you got fooled. It's really important to do your homework and that's how I came up with technology regret.
