I've Been Lied to Plenty of Times by People Who Have No Connection to Putin

In the case of vaccination, it's forgotten that there has been vaccine skepticism in this country before COVID came along. Also, does all disinformation in the world flow originally from Putin in some way? I mean, it's the doctor no of misinformation, right? In some ways you might think that disinformation and misinformation is just a problem of our human condition.
