There's this weird tension of, gosh, if we stray from the certain protocol, somehow we're abandoning EMDR. And I think it's been through research, through the mass production of EMDR as far as sending out how many therapists can we create and turn this into a huge business. So much that I, there's so many things coming into my mind. The recontextualizing of all this feels incredibly supportive to how we talk about EMDR.
