Increasing Liquidity

We are looking at the prospect of a fed driven volatility cycle that we have not seen in a long time. The bond market has gotten much bigger, and dealer balande sheets have not risen to the same size to accommodate that. We want to be prepared when people need liquidity to be able to give it. High yield is very attractive, and it's consistent with the long term returns u'm in the equity markets as well. Lesa is quotonquote, increasing liquidity the same as go to cash.
