Are You Optimizing for Growth or Profitor Profitability?

A lot of founders wrestle with optimize for growth or profitor profitability, and being sustainably profitable. How do you decide? I think it canni go back to anam if you're swinging for the fences or not. Early on, i will say, this is something osel o not intuitive. We we were focused on growth really important. But our revenue was slow at first. And so we picked other metrics that change a lot quicker then revenue.
