Habit Formation
A habit is something that flexes when you need to and the research suggests in fact that that is a more adaptive approach to eating an exercise than trying to get it precisely right all the time. I think people are going to find which camp they fall into pretty easily here yes so that is a playful concept I came up with to invite people to think critically about what they've learned about behavior change and whether it's a good fit for them or not.
