Alpha and Beta Senucline in the Brain

We were surprised because we never saw staining of amino-ed plaques and we had all these antibodies. And then Michelle went to a meeting in Japan and so said presenting the CDNA sequence of a protein that he had called nonamyloid plaque component. This protein was identical to one of the two proteins that we had found from a strata from human brain. So seeing the homologous between these two proteins we decided to call them alpha and beta senucline. The other was similar to the phosphonuro protein 14 extracted from bovine brain so it had never been looked at in a human brain.
