What self-care is to me is different to you and the things that make you feel your best is really different. I think back to like a year ago what felt like self-care for me then some of those things are the same but some of them are different because I've changed and my circumstances have changed. This started for me when I went through a yoga teacher training several years ago and I was introduced to this yoga concept of the Koshas which then became the five dimensions of well-being. It's so important to focus on one area while ignoring another aspect of myself.
