The Importance of Spirituality in Coaching

Coach Gonzales: I think it's super critical for a coach to have either spiritual or philosophical part of their lives that helps answer life's most important questions. He says when you explore your spirituality and who you are and what your purpose is, those things help you kind of deflect from being abused.
