Some people will yeat a drink alcohol at night, so they don't get into e deeper sleep and also the rem patterns. The one mechanism is, if you're leaning on that glass of wine, or maybe a drink or two, to put you to sleep, it's ultimately going to completely disrupt your sleep architecture. And that's not what you want to we should not be using alcal as a crutch to get us to sleep a you should be speaking to a doctor about problems with sleep. But the problemwith how much you drink and what you are able to tolerate is people wake up with anxiety.
