VC Diversity

It's definitely changed in terms of the types of funds, the ways that VCs see themselves as their customer being founders versus the other way around. A lot more respect for operational experience either through serial entrepreneurs or actually people on the team and then maybe to the point of your question, I definitely think hiring with in venture funds has changed a lot which is great. We clearly have a lot more diversity than we did 12 years ago. Is it enough or do we still also have a lotmore work to do? Yes.
