When things have much more clear underlying value, which physical desire can point to, the room of metaphysical desire is much smaller. And I think this applies to assets as well. If you show me a toll bridge that I know, unless the world blows up, is going to give me 10K a month, like clockwork, I don't think that asset's going to hit a bubble because it's so obvious what it's going to do. Now, let's start pushing that a bit further on the speculative side. What if it's a stock? Okay then companies can go up and down. There's a narrative that can enter into it.
