Every five or six months we want to have some kind of a retreat, so every duister has something to look forward to. These things are really focused on building team comrodery and giving people the opportunity t connect. We do some work, but it's not your day to day work. It's meant to give us that chance to connect on a deeper level that we just don't get to throughout the year.
