The ETS Isn't the Mandate That You Think It Is.
Bine administration has done itself some favorsn on the facts in this way, it isn't quite the mandate that you think it is. The e t s allows covered employers to determine for themselves how best to minimize the risk of contracting oveat 19 at their work places. Employe employers have the option to require unvaccinated workers to wear a mask on the job and test weekly. They can also require those employer, those workers, to do their jobs exclusively from home.
