Python and C API Extensions - What's Going to Change?

Python is getting rid of the 'Gill' list. The change will have a number of effects on Python library usability and performance. There are also issues with reference counting, memory management and container thread safety. A lot of this comes out of cinder blocks just like in today's programming.
