The Importance of Foundational Incentive Change

What it seems to me really needs to change is structural incentive that only a very very few handful of people could really have an impact on. I don't mean that literally maybe I mean maybe it's literal but I just mean that in the way of like the people at the very top of the pyramid who really run the fortune 500 companies and really run the governments or military industrial complex. It may be about that profound changing of the mind but it has to happen to like the the Illuminati essentially you know not.
