By the 1970s, Henrietta is finally being recognized as the actual person behind the Hila cell. This might have been the end of what the public knew about Henrietta until years later. In 2010, she even visited a laboratory where a large supply of Hila cells were being stored. And what she saw was a floor to ceiling freezer with vials of red liquid and each of them containing a tiny piece of Henrietta.
