Lawson: A Reforming Chancellor

Lawson believed in things passionately and built daring original policies that made sense of those values. He won the arguments, even now Labor doesn't dare touch ownership apart vaguely from the railways. Lawson deserves all the right ups he's getting at the moment because of the bigness of his ambition as a reforming Chancellor.
