A lot of the assumptions that you're making around real estate change as a result of the pandemic period. A lot of those assumptions have been completely uprooted especially in class B office space in places like Toronto or some of the more traditional financial cores. I think what we're seeing generally is they are continuing to use their office notwithstanding that some of them have maybe are a little more flexible in terms of the work from home balance they have.
