The Predatory Behavior of Managers in Larger Markets
Julie from Fort Worth, Texas: I feel like after the pandemic, we're now able to get reps in different cities and places because of all the self-tapes and online auditions. She says there is a little bit of predatory behavior that is happening with some of these managers in the larger markets. Julie: Be aware, local market actors, that whatever you make in any market, they are going to get a commission off of that no matter where you're booking the job. The manager usually will take a cut of literally every dime that you make unless it's clear that they don't.
