How to Get a Good Night's Sleep

Don't worry so much about the exact number of hours of each one of these things. Instead, try to get a solid, long window of sleep at about the same time each day in a relatively distraction-free environment. If you do want to tune your REM sleep, let yourself sleep in a little bit later in the day. If you want to get more deep sleep, help you get yourself to bed a little bit earlier.
