Dennis Hickey pled guilty he did it as part of a plea deal so that his wife and his son didn't have to go to jail. He agreed to forfeit six point nine million dollars pay a five and seven point five million dollars what about their property? They liquidated the properties as part of the asset for future That's how they were able to pay off some of these things is they did asset sales.
