I understood how at a larger scale like feedback cycles tend to be. So we very carefully design within PyTorch how people would, if they faced a problem, what would happen? So we explicitly designed forums which could be Google indexable and then we had a very high touch low volume thing which was a PyTorch Slack. And then we had the Twitter account where we set up a bunch of monitors. If anyone anywhere mentioned PyTorch on the internet, we would get like a message and we would amplify the high quality projects. so that stuff as well, I think it goes into the first bucket I talked about which we were very explicit about.
